Summer has begun (finally)!!

I'm not joking... we only just got nice weather, and it's almost July.

School is done - YAY - and that makes me all warm and fuzzy inside Other than the fact that I have a nice headache going on up in my brain, it's been a nice day... no exams to study for, no homework to do, etc.

I'm pretty stoked 'cause those of us who do well in school get award-thingies on "Academic Award Night". Of course, I already got my invitation and will be wearing my new dress to it!

It's a nice dress.

Haha, my friend was reading the sign and she said, "Hey... are you going to the Academy Awards Night?"

And I said, "Why yes. Yes I am."

Except that I'm not (I lied ). And then she realized her mistake and laughed at herself. I decided to laugh at her as well...

But that's that. My big sis is coming home in a couple of days, and I will no longer have to fill her role as eldest child!
